Yin Yoga is slow, deep, meditative, and focused on long-held stretches that target the connective tissues, hips, spine, and nervous system. This class is ideal for athletes, stressed humans, busy parents, high-intensity exercisers, and anyone whose body feels tight, tired, or overstimulated.

Vinyasa & Vino

A signature 60-minute yoga experience combining movement, community, beautiful scenery, and wine at some of Virginia’s beautiful wineries.

These are true Vinyasa classes — expect to move, sweat, strengthen, balance, breathe, and absolutely earn that glass of wine afterward. This is not sleepy yoga. You worked for that Pinot. 😂

Core & Restore

3S Yoga Studio

This is my signature class I designed to stop peeing on myself after 3 kids. This class focuses on building deep functional core strength while also helping the body downshift and recover.

Unlike typical “ab workouts,” Core & Restore targets the deeper stabilizing muscles that support posture, balance, breathing mechanics, pelvic stability, and spinal support — including the transverse abdominis, pelvic floor, diaphragm, and multifidus muscles.

Expect a thoughtful blend of:

  1. Deep core activation
  2. Stability work
  3. Breath mechanics
  4. Mobility
  5. Restorative stretching
  6. Nervous system regulation

This class is especially beneficial for:

  1. Low back discomfort
  2. Poor posture
  3. Athletes
  4. Hypermobile students
  5. Stress tension
  6. Core weakness after pregnancy
  7. Anyone wanting to move more efficiently and feel more supported in their body
  8. Treating erectile dysfunction
